We have simplified the mortgage loan process in order that loan approvals are rendered in a matter of minutes, rather than the industry norm of days or weeks. From our beginning in 1987, we have focused on delivering Premier Service to our customers, from application through servicing the loan. Reliance on state of the art technology has enabled us to achieve this goal. Additionally, the use of leading edge technology has enabled our company to reduce costs, particularly in the loan origination process. Significant savings can be realized by borrowers submitting their own application on the Internet or contacting our office directly. Currently NAMC services in excess of 60,000 loans throughout most of the United States. We are able to make mortgage loans directly in many states. Of interest is the fact that historically, our company has sold less than one percent (1%) of the servicing rights on loans closed or acquired. While we cannot guarantee we will not sell servicing in the future, our philosophy has been, and continues to be, that the company will not sell servicing. Accordingly, our borrowers have not experienced periodic notifications that payments must be sent to another entity.
