Ellsons Acre Raises only organically grown produce. We are an organic grower. We use only compost made right here to fertilize our gardens. We keep things chemical free, because the chickens roam the gardens in the summer time. This means we loose some crops to bugs but, the chickens eat it! We are located north east of Des Moines Iowa. Everything we grow is sold on a person to person basis, not to stores or farm markets.
