ECI was formed in 1991 by Hoyt Doyel, in search of a better way to serve clients, after serving for more than 16 years as a consultant and principal for a national consulting firm. ECI was founded to provide more comprehensive consulting services that are normally only possible with a lower billing rate structure than large firms are able to provide. ECI's approach involves both consulting and compensation research activities. We take our responsibility to our clients seriously. Our consulting approach is to work closely with key decision makers within the client organization, drawing on input from all parts of the organization, to develop approaches that are best for their situation.
