This outline will identify selected WWSI business functions for specific modification and tailoring to support the client's requirements. All solutions will leverage technology advantages for cost avoidance and expanded or improved customer services. For smaller clients, WWSI will utilize a blended inbound/outbound multi-lingual group of shared agents. All client data and procedures are separated and protected. They simply time-share the agents work time. This improves the centers' utilization of agents and allows smaller projects to fully utilize current technology and processes. This group can also be used to set up and operate a short-term feasibility pilot program for larger clients.
