The National Center for Children, Families and Communities (NCCFC) is an interdisciplinary Center based at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Bridging the School of Medicine and School of Nursing, the Center is devoted to research and evaluation of effective programs that improve the lives of children and families in their communities, the first of which is the national replication of the Nurse-Family Partnership.
