Rivington Capital Advisors, LLC ("RCA") is an independent investment banking firm specializing in private capital and M&A transactions for the small and mid-cap energy sectors. Founded in 2002, we have successfully closed 44 transactions having a total transaction value exceeding $2.6 billion. Our transaction personnel have wide-ranging and comprehensive industry, finance and accounting experience; a knowledge and skill set that inures to the benefit of our clients. We are relationship driven - year over year, our existing clients represent the vast majority of our deal activity. We operate under a value-added approach - the majority of our compensation to date has been structured as success-based or contingent arrangements through which our services are at risk until the transaction closes. Additionally through an affiliated entity, Rivington Financial Services, LLC ("RFS"), we provide accounting and accounting related consulting services to the energy industry. With thirteen full time accountants, RFS provides a full range of accounting services from clerical through the controller functions. RFS works exclusively with the BOLO Systems oil & gas accounting software and its principals have in excess of fourteen years experience and expertise working with this software package.
