Established in 1999, Cook Street School of Fine Cooking has quickly grown into one of the nation's top culinary schools. Located in the heart of downtown Denver, the owners of Cook Street are passionate about food. Our Professional Culinary Arts Program centers on our unique hands-on, preparation-to-consumption learning model. Here, we immerse our students into the rigors of cooking , and consuming , a complete meal every single day. Our modern 3,000-square foot kitchen was designed to optimize the teaching experience by featuring top-of-the-line commercial equipment. Our staff consists of many of the industry's top professionals, who combined have more than 100 years of culinary experience. And our 8-1 student-instructor ratio - one of the lowest in the country - ensures plenty of personal attention.
