CoLours TV was created by Black Star Communications (BSC), a non-profit corporation organized to operate exclusively for civic, charitable, and educational purposes. African American leaders in Denver, Colorado formed BSC because they had a vision to develop a multimedia platform that disseminates information on issues that have an impact on people of color. The purpose of the television network and website is to bridge the cultural divide by promoting programming that features positive images of ethnically diverse people. Where to find CoLours ...
