Mile High Employment is a blended firm offering a full range of staffing services to the greater Denver area. Colorado Smart Staff is our temporary staffing division. We currently handle administrative, clerical, and industrial needs for a broad base of employers on a permanent, temp, and temp to hire basis. We provide payrolling services, outsourcing, and contract employees as needed. We process in-office references, criminal checks on all prospective employees, and offer physical and drug testing procedures as well. Career Development Associates, with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and San Antonio, Texas, comprise our executive recruiting division, and are able to fill management needs on a national basis. These services make us an attractive resource for client companies. It's our PEOPLE that make us a valuable partner to solve your staffing requirements. Our team consists of 18 people with cumulative industry experience exceeding 75 years. Several of our staff are Certified Personnel Consultants who have passed the rigorous legal examination required to achieve the prestigious industry designation CPC. This certification is awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services. Today, we work with the same drive and dedication it required to gain the recognition and prestige we currently enjoy.
