Owners Albert & Gloria Kutternig are your hosts and welcome you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in a charming, old world setting. Kutternig, Master Pastry Chef, comes from a family of Master Bakers and Master Pastry Chefs. Trained in Vienna at the world-renowned Kur Cafe Oberlaa under the wing of Master Chef Karl Schuhmacher, Kutternig received his Master's Degree in Sugar Baking in June 1981. On the menu are many of Kutternig's original recipes, as well as traditional Viennese and Austrian desserts--Sacher Torte, Malakoff Torte, Esterhazy, Krapfen, Apfelstrudel, Topfenstrudel, Palaschinken, Zweschgenflek, Linzerschnitte, Rhubarb Puff Pastry, Marmor Schnitte, Marzipan, Kaffee Kuchen, Zweschgenfleck, Pear Marzipan Soufle, Gupfbrot, Nussbrot, Mohnkuchen, Vanilla Chocolate Bread, Whole Wheat Cinnamon Walnut Bread, Burgermeisterbrot and many more.
