Harmony Bible Church is a regional church of 1,000+ people in SE Iowa that desires to passionately follow Jesus and impact our region and world for Him. We are committed to a team approach to ministry, and are seeking a pastor of student ministries to team up with our current youth pastor to provide visionary leadership for our growing junior high, senior high, and college/young adult ministries. We desire an individual with a proven passion for students who can carry out a vision and equip a team of students and leaders to reach students outside the walls of the church. We prefer someone with Bible college/ seminary training and 2 years of experience, but we are open to others who have been prepared/equipped in non-traditional ways.
