Formed in 1989 initially as an importer of machine made rugs, Responsive Designs has grown; it's become a major floor coverings, furniture and home furnishings importer and distributor to many of the leading UK retailers. Apart from the products that we manage, the key elements that differentiate us from our competitors are the additional services that we offer. These include a customer help desk, an independent national surveying company, merchandising teams supporting over 3000 outlets, nationwide in-store product trainers and point of sale and brochure production. All operations are covered under our certified ISO 9002 quality management system. Warehousing and distribution is a key element of our service to customers. Responsive Designs offers a five working day delivery on all standard ranges, with either pallet or mixed pallet services, direct home delivery including furniture assembly and special order services. Our product portfolio encompasses a wide range of floor coverings making us one of the UK's largest importers of European machine made rugs, Indian and Chinese handtufted, cotton and jute rugs.
