Founded in 1978 as Hospice of the North Shore. As the largest not-for-profit hospice in Massachusetts, Care Dimensions is dedicated to helping you through this difficult and challenging time. For more than 30 years, we have cared for countless terminally ill patients and their families throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston Area.
