We decided to focus on this one service, and by the end of September 2003, we developed the BP Master service. Our ongoing marketing research study, conducted via the SBDC, continues to show that we offer not only unique expertise, but extremely valuable information and skills that can be used at all levels of a company. From October 2004 to Septeber 2005, we primarily focused on one client, an animation studio. We developed several proformas, budgets, business plans for a variety of projects. In October 2005, we started working more with Mergers & Aquisitions companies. The Growth Plan was developed as an extension of the BP Master(TM) service (which was incorporated into Basic Analysis). During that time, the site was moved from istram.com to vcplan.com. Istram.com is now used as a company only site. As we look to the future, we hope to expand into further services and products that will not only benefit our clients, but their customers as well. In 2006, we changed our name to The Fellows Group to better reflect a brand that focuses on strategy, product development and bpr activities that focuses on growing companies.
