Odyssey Performance Strategies is an expansion of companies started by Rebecca Bales to improve the performance of individuals and companies in a wide range of businesses and industries throughout the US, Europe and Latin America. Ms. Bales, the President and CEO of OPS, has an exceptional background in psychology, training, mediation and education that has enabled her and her team to develop programs that can be highly customized to meet the specific requirements of each client. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the American Society for Training and Development. The objective of OPS is to improve the employee performance and develop leadership strategies for our clients. We accomplish this by utilizing the Performance Trend Management SystemÔ. PTMSÔ is a systematic process developed by OPS that enables us to hear our clients' needs or symptoms, and analyze the source of the issues. PTMSÔ targets the trends of behavior or attitude that create these issues, and then provides tools to neutralize, reverse and manage the trends to produce the highest levels of success. An empathy and deep understanding of the human issues revolving around performance and communications have given the OPS programs a unique and comprehensive set of initiatives that set us apart from other companies.
