The Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) provides general civil engineering services with focused specialization in the areas of hydraulics and hydrology, dam safety evaluation and dam break analysis, storm drainage analysis and design, floodplain reclamation, regulatory permitting, and general civil.
