Listening Fitness - an educational program using sound, music and voice-exercises listening skills. Sound is modified through the LiFT (ListeningFitness Trainer). Certified Instructors (professionals in OT, Special Ed.,Speech Therapy etc.) provide the programs. Remedial programs addressattention, learning, language and communication. Enrichment programs improve singing, speaking a second language, relaxation and well-being.
