HKC & Associates, Inc. was formed in September 1996 to provide environmental engineering and science services to private and public sector clients. Our offices are located in Carrollton and Dallas, Texas; although our capabilities are unlimited geographically. Our staff has successfully completed projects throughout the southern United States, including Texas, California, Florida, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Arizona. We plan to continue expanding into additional states in the future.
