Execu-Coach Associates is a coaching and consulting arm of Strategic Leadership Development International (SLDI), based in Dallas, Texas. Both Execu-Coach Associations and SLDI are part of MCA Professional Services Group, LLC (also known as the MCAPS Group). Within the broader scope of SLDI's leadership development services, Execu-Coach Associates puts together teams of independent coaches, mentors, and consultants who work jointly with a given company or organization under the terms of a unified contract. This allows companies to tap the expertise of several independent specialists while having the convenience of a single point of contact for billing and for management of the coaching or consulting team. Dr. Mike Armour is the president of MCA Professional Services Group, LLC and the principal in Execu-Coach Associates.
