Destination Exchange International was created to add value for residence club owners, offering them opportunities to see the world, without sacrificing the luxurious accommodations of their home club. Destination Exchange International was developed by the principals of Destination Club Partners International, LLC (DCPI), the same group who established the country's first equity residence club at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah in 1992. DCPI has since participated in the design, development and marketing of residence clubs at other internationally acclaimed sites and is selectively pursuing new club developments at other prestigious national and international locations.
