Located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, The Crow Collection is a permanent set of galleries dedicated to the arts and cultures of China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia. The museum offers a serene setting for quiet reflection and learning. Hours: The Crow Collection is open Tuesdays-Sundays 10 AM- 5 PM, with extended hours on Thursdays until 9 PM; closed Mondays. Holidays: The Crow Collection will be closed to observe the following holidays: January 1, July 4, Thanksgiving Day and December 25. Admission: Daily admission to the museum is FREE. Directions: Go to map. Parking: Paid parking is available in the Trammell Crow Center Garage, which can be accessed from either Harwood or Olive streets. Friends of The Crow Collection receive 2 hours of complimentary parking in the garage. Metered parking can be found on Harwood, Ross and Olive streets. Paid surface lots can be found on Ross and Olive streets. Free Tours: A free, guided tour of the permanent collection is offered every Thursday at 6:30 pm, and Saturday at 1:00 p.m. A free, guided tour of the Trammell Crow European Sculpture Garden is offered every Sunday at 1:00 p.m. All tours begin in the lobby of the museum. Group Visits: Please click here for information on booking a tour. The Lotus Shop features an impressive selection of gifts, cards and jewelry from Asia. Coat Check is available at the front desk in the lobby of the museum. Security staff reserves the right to request that you check large bags and parcels. Security staff also reserves the right to inspect any personal baggage carried into the galleries as a precautionary measure to ensure public safety. Gallery Photography Policy: Still photography is permitted for private, noncommercial use only in the Museum's galleries devoted to the permanent collection. Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. Photography is not permitted in special exhibitions or areas designated as "No Photography." Works of art on loan from private collections or other institutions may not be photographed. The use of a flash is prohibited. Movie and video cameras are prohibited. Tripods are allowed on weekdays only, and only with a permit issued by the Front Desk. The Crow Collection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises or to reproduce photographs of objects in its collection.
