Our unique state of the art secure web site enables CAS to handle claims in a completely paperless environment from assignment to completion. The client may review the work product of the adjuster via a user ID and password. Claim Adjustment Specialists, Inc. places a strong emphasis on education. Each adjuster receives training in our Dallas office upon initial hiring. Additionally Adjuster training takes place three to four weeks a year for the entire adjuster base. Each of our adjusters is licensed and background checked. We routinely run internal audits of our procedures. Your insureds are contacted by phone and mail within 24 hours of receipt and are provided with a 24 hour toll-free hotline. Our main office in Dallas is staffed by 20 full service support personnel capable of obtaining fast answers to examiners and insured's questions. All Final Reports are uploaded to our web site and/or overnighted to your firm at no additional charge. We can and do email final reports (with photos) if our client so requires.
