CMA's charitable services provide life-enriching moments for our personnel, as well as for those recipients of our good deeds. Moreover, we are in a much stronger position to better serve our healthcare employers and our physician candidates from the knowledge and experiences imparted from our first-hand involvements. Employees openly share experiences and encourage and educate one another on recent happenings, so there is also very good "cross-pollenization" of information amongst the staff.
