Alsbridge was formed in 2005 through the merger of European-based BPO and shared services consultancy, ALS Consulting, and US-based outsourcing consulting firm, the Trowbridge Group. Our founding partners are former leaders from Accenture, Capgemini, EDS, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers each with over 15 years experience in managing complex Outsourcing and Shared Services deals throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Alsbridge has over 100 advisors headquartered in North America and Europe and the combined contract value of all deals negotiated by Alsbridge executives exceeds $50 Billion. Our consultants are experts within Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing with experience from the buyer and supplier side of outsourcing, as well as from "C" level management consulting. We have extensive experience in building and operating Shared Services along with the structuring, negotiating and managing of complex deals, including multi-national BPO, IT, HRO, Joint Venture and Offshore arrangements.
