Metro West's parent company Hayward Auto Group was founded in 1974 by Joe Hayward (currently 58 years in the automotive field). Hayward Auto Group is a Dealership for Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and Ford Motor Company. In 1984 we added our shuttle bus franchise which is known as METRO WEST bus sales. Metro West currently is proud to carry the Starcraft and Glaval bus lines which have buses varying from 9 to 45 passenger. Hayward Ford Fleet Services was subsequently established to insure our customers would have cost effective service at the national level. Joe Hayward recognized early on that along with value customer service was the key to long term customer relations. As a result of this service effort we enjoy a high level of repeat customer business. Particularly business owners enjoy our no hassle sales and service environment. Now some 30 years later we serve almost exclusively business and corporate accounts. We have concentrated our efforts on you the corporate customer.
