Steck Technologies, Inc. was founded in the year 2000 to meet a need in the product development and advanced 3D MCAD marketplace. This need is for high-end engineering consulting services ($125-$250/hour) provided at much more reasonable pricing. The founder, Ed Steck, has spent the last 18 years studying and working to master the processes of developing products. He has successfully worked for a variety of companies as a manager, lead engineer, team leaders, and senior engineer. His expertise has been honed in various industries including: Point-of-Sale Systems, Cellular Phone Telecommunications, Industrial Design, Value-Added Reseller, Mass Transit, Truck Trailer, and Biomedical. Mr. Steck has worked to design successful products using a wide range of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques. The common thread over the last 18 years has been seeking the answer to the question, "What is needed to develop truly great products and how is it done?" Steck Technologies is constantly working to discover and implement ways to develop products quicker, with higher quality, and with minimal cost. This never-ending "Kaizen" of our product development process creates the highest value possible for our customers. We're excited about the economy and business opportunities.
