Modern Yankee Builders has a strong background in managed construction and our tradespeople have been involved in millions of dollars of work in both residential and commercial projects of every size in southern New England. Our work has been seen on HGTV's popular remodeling show, "Generation Renovation" and has been published in Qualified Remodeler Magazine, Providence Business News, The RI Builder Report and various local newspapers. Our president received a RISD Scholarship and graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1989. He is a registered Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and has achieved the advanced degrees of Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders, making him one of only 8 CGR's in southeastern MA and one of only 5 in RI. He has worked in a multitude of capacities for two nationally recognized building and construction management firms, and has over 23 years of industry experience. Our Trade Contractors have long standing relationships with us and they bring to our projects the same dedication, professionalism and commitment to excellence that our customers have come to expect of the Modern Yankee Builders team.
