TENNESSEE WIRE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC was formed by personnel with extensive experience in the electrical wire harness and control panel field; when they're previous employer closed its doors in 1997 by moving it's production to Mexico. The management and engineering personnel pooled their resources and formed a new company, which opened in 1998. The Main Facility is located in Cumberland City, Tennessee approximately 65 miles Northwest of Nashville, Tennessee. Plant #2 is located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and specializes in the automotive product line. Effective January 2003, we have established partnership production facilities in China, Taiwan and Mexico. With the addition of our global production partnership, we can provide the low labor cost advantage of the Far East and Mexico to our customers. Our customers, on the other hand, will have both the convenience and security of their harness and control panel needs sourced by and quality controlled as a one-stop operation, through TENNESSEE WIRE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC's domestic facilities. We are an aggressive company, with pride in our quality, cost effectiveness, customer service and on time delivery of product. We provide product to some of the major manufacturers of home appliances, automotive, industrial equipment and HVAC units in today's world market place. Products manufactured at our facilities are shipped all over the United States, Europe and the Far East. TENNESSEE WIRE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, has over 100+ employees with levels of 30+ years experience in the industry. Our personnel can custom build your wire harness or control panel from a print, drawing or sample part. Our current product runs the range from single lead wires to complex harnesses with 200+ wires and hardware. We can produce high volume or job shop quantities while at the same time providing engineering support to our customer. We have an in-depth engineering and sample process that enables us to not only produce a sample and quote but also provide cost reduction suggestions at the same time. In the control panel area we provide Industrial Machine Control through PLC's along with Robotics and Programmer experience. Our Tennessee facility has a 15M sq. ft. production floor, 6.5M sq. ft warehouse and 2.4M office and engineering area. The Kentucky facility has an additional 15M sq. ft of production floor space.
