The American Center for Chinese Studies, led by Grandmaster Frank DeMaria, offers ongoing classes in Tai chi, Meditation, Yoga, Shuai-Chiao, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Pakua for adults and children. The school is traditional dedicated to the cultivation of the mind, body, and spirit. Its mission is to promote the traditions of China's Henan Shao-lin Monastery, of which it is the first officially appointed direct affiliate in North America.
