In most cases we are implementing a system that is at the very core of your business. Having a close relationship with the team who is implementing your system is very important to the success of the project and we actively engage you in the project's progress. System Design: Much of our time will be spent in upfront system design. Each business rule, host connection, translation table, etc. will be laid out in a schematic diagram to ensure that each can be achieved with readily available resources. Componentization: Through a thorough design, commonalities in the system are found. This facilitates the ability to "componentize" aspects of the project so that specific business rules and integration code are only written once. Execution: The goal of a seamless system implementation is achieved as a direct result of how well a system is designed, how well we worked on the project together with our customer, and the thoroughness of both. Over the past decade, CLS has developed and refined an implementation process that is proven highly successful.
