MEDsearch Financial is a full service staffing company headquartered in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza, serving health care companies in the greater Orange County and Long Beach areas. The firm was founded in 2002 by staffing industry veteran Catherine Magnall to fulfill her vision and passion to bring excellence to the business practices of health care companies by providing a full array of customized staffing services. Most recently, Magnall was Vice President Western Region for a major national health care staffing organization, one of the nation's leading providers of clinical personnel. Her prior experience includes over 20 years with one of the top commercial staffing companies in the country, and several years as a sought after industry consultant and trainer with Creative Management, Rhode Island, traveling internationally to teach her system of sales and operational procedures. Magnall started her career in the health care field. She has a clinical background and was a teaching nurse with St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange.
