Shape-Up Fitness Center provides simple options to help you select the right package. All memberships include a properly designed fitness program and complimentary fitness updates with a certified personal trainer as well as towel service and locker room amenities. We offer a couple hundred Group Exercise classes a month that include Yoga, Pilates Mat, Power Pump, Step and many variety classes. These classes are available starting at 6 am (see Group Ex schedule) We also offer a full selection of SPINNING classes ($3 per class for members) from certified SPIN instructors in the private SPIN Studio. Of course, our signature fresh-cut oranges each day are always on hand! Our membership philosophy is to provide our members with the highest quality of service, friendliness and comfort. We maintain a membership limit to keep our club clean and un-crowded. We understand how important it is to keep the facilities ultra clean and to treat our membership with respect and professionalism. Take a tour anytime and you will see just how well maintained the facilities are kept. We feel Shape-Up is an extension of your home.
