The Transformation Center is a Nationally certified eating disorder treatment facility located in Memphis, TN for patients dealing with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive overeating, and body image dysmorphia. We offer the only Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for treatment of these and other related physical and mental disorders within several hundred miles of Memphis, and the greater mid-South area. This includes Northern Mississippi, and Western Arkansas. We also offer individual mental and nutritional counseling along with physical training and fitness coaching.
