Intergrow, Ltd. has been in business since 2001. At that time the business was an expanded hobby for Fred Drovdlic, President/Owner, while he continued as a technical urban and regional planning consultant. In early 2003, as the companies hosting and design portfolio grew, Fred Drovdlic decided to put his urban planning in the past to pursue expanded website design skill sets and make Intergrow a premier design, hosting and website management company. Late 2003 was spent restructuring our Core Values to reflect our strong Christian faith, improving our design skills, adding database capabilities and better promoting the company's web design, search engine promotion, and Website Management Services (WMS), while advertising for the first time via multi-media outlets. In 2004, we look forward to becoming a major force in website design and website management for our hometown of Pittsburgh, in Youngstown, Ohio and eventually any project nationwide that does not require on-site work. Our services are for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are new to the internet or need to outsource their website functions, affordably, without sacrificing quality. We specialize in website design, marketing and providing Website Management Services (WMS) including web hosting and domain name registration. Our focus is on-demand, personal customer support for companies that do not have the time, personnel or the technical expertise to design, deploy and manage a website, including email administration. We provide the tools necessary to publish a website, keep the content current, and make sure customers see it. We believe we have successfully established ourselves as a full service website company providing everything necessary to put your company on the Internet and succeed now and in the future. Many web hosting and some design companies are becoming very large and highly automated. Automation, while often convenient, in our opinion is only a necessary evil needed to handle the high volume, low cost hosting accounts and template websites the large firms need to survive. It seems that slashing hosting fees and offering more megabytes of disk space and email accounts is the way they compete. In the process, your website and your website hosting account becomes a number void of personal interest or intimate support. While this level of service works for many larger companies who design, manage and market their website in-house, we do not believe it is effective for those without the time, personnel or budget for in-house webmaster teams. We carefully manage our price structure and workloads so that we can grow at a reasonable pace without abandoning a personal approach.
