The Cookeville Area-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce is located in the Highlands of Tennessee region of the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. Serving Putnam County and the cities of Cookeville, Algood, Baxter and Monterey, the Cookeville Chamber is also the driving force behind the Highlands Initiative, a regional economic development effort that also includes neighboring Overton and White counties and their county seats, Livingston and Sparta.
