We now offer 5 different pasture-raised meats: chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, and pork. The fresh chickens and turkeys are sold on a pre-order basis and frozen birds are sold 'as available' year round. We have pasture-raised eggs, freshly ground whole wheat bread, eleven flavors of homemade jams, and a wide variety of handcrafted lye-soaps. We are not accepting new raw milk customers at this time. Our customer list is full and do not have plans to expand our dairy operation. During the farmers' market season (May through October) we bake fresh bread every Friday. If you would like some fresh bread, be sure to call by Wednesday or Thursday so we can bake a little extra for you. All products are available for pick-up at the farm, Monday thru Saturday, on scheduled dates in Springfield, MO, and at the Camdenton Farmers' Market.
