We provide wire for a variety applications and industries as shown. Each product is produced to its own exacting standards and to a variety of customer specification. We also offer a wide variety of materials in each product line. Shaped wire products are one of our specialties. Our proprietary rolling and drawing systems allow us to hold very precise tolerances. This enables our customers to reduce waste in their processes and to reduce product variation. Some of the applications for our shaped wire is piston ring, retainer ring, cotter, traveler, precision springs, and many others. We also manufacture wire used in many advanced technology applications including saw wire for the silicon wafer industry, die polishing wire, and wire for screen print and medical applications. Additionally, we produce precision pins which are used in the electronics industry and probe card pins for the semiconductor industry. We use proprietary pin shaping technology which reduces the typical variation found in such fine pins.
