This will be done by enhancing security awareness and showing the value of integrating, synchronizing and collaborating resources to bring about a team approach. We will do this by:(A) Working with clients to demystify the security process to help realize the value of empowerment in implementing sound and proactive strategies to mitigate the risks of workplace violence. (B) Making sure we understand the clients wants by evaluating existing workplace violence prevention and security measures and then developing customized plans that address their needs with them as part of the process, making them more informed, confident and comfortable in dealing with workplace emergency situations. (C) Empowering and enabling clients to act independently to increase the value of employing integrated security practices that exploit limited resources in a collaborative way long after Nater Associates has left the scene. We do this through training, providing investigative and litigation support and project management. In short, Felix P.
