Our focus on helping businesses succeed began as a natural outgrowth of our founder's work as an industrial psychologist and an academic. When he founded the company in 1989, Dr. Ed Cornelius had years of experience as a researcher, author, and seminar leader in the areas of human resource development and organizational improvement.
