HR Anew provides recruitment services to government, government contractors, and private sector businesses representing all industries. Our primary focus is full time and/or long term contractual positions. We serve our clients by finding the best-fit job for YOU! HR Anew's Recruitment Consultants personally interview all of our candidates before we present them to our clients. We do this for a few reasons. We are working on dozens of searches at any given time and we want to be sure that candidates meet the criteria clients have outlined to us. At the same time, we want to be sure that we understand what is important to our candidates both tangibly and intangibly. Our clients are searching for top level performers and we work closely with them to help identify A-level candidates who have demonstrated related work experiences and long term tenures with previous employers. During our interview process we provide candidates with feedback on their interviewing skills, resume tips, in-depth information about the employer, the workplace culture, the client's hiring team, and compensation and benefit information for the potential job.
