Coreworks is a unique fitness studio offering a variety of mind-body exercises to rejuvenate and strengthen your life. We specialize in Pilates, Yoga, and other core strengthening disciplines available in small group classes, private, or semi-private lessons. Choose from a variety of programs. Whether your goals are to excel at your chosen sport, slow the aging process, or find enjoyable exercise alternatives--we have what you are looking for. Specialized programs are available for children, seniors, and pre- and post-natal individuals. We work closely with Physicians, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors, in regards to specific health concerns.
