LDC was founded in 1984, in response to the need for Planning and Project Management Consultation services in the rapidly growing southern Colorado market. From inception our goals have been to provide professional services for land development projects and to assure quality in all project aspects, from initial schematic design, through design development and construction documents. LDC commits a highly qualified team of personnel to each project. We have extensive experience in all areas of Land and Urban Planning, Land Surveying, and Landscape Architecture.
