Sabatech was founded in August 1998 by a University of Maryland professor and two of his former graduate students on the principle that the only prerequisite to attaining knowledge is the desire to learn, and with the right tools, everyone can learn. Our mission is thus to invent, design, and develop cutting-edge concepts and visual technology tools to motivate and promote learning and information exchange among all peoples and societies around the globe. In the pursuit of this mission, we strive for excellence in every facet of our business without any compromise from the design and manufacturing of our products to their delivery to our customers. Our core business is the design and development of information and education technology. We design and develop systems and products that help improve the representation, processing, and interpretation of information. We also work with other companies to meet their needs in designing and developing customized systems, primarily in custom software development using C++ and Java. Our lead technology, CodeMillTM, is used in a number of secondary schools to support computer science education in K-12 curricula.
