Lynn Thomas, Professional Services Consultant Lynn brings a wealth of practice management system expertise to Global Works Professional Services team. Due to her extensive background in programming, she takes an analytical approach to consulting. Lynn excels at business analysis and problem solving through her keen understanding of workflow, integration, implementation, and data architecture. Lynn lives in Baltimore, MD with her family. Global Works Clinical practice continues to grow as EMR implementations become a top initiative for healthcare enterprises. Our clients like to know they're getting the best resources possible to assist them with their implementations, deployments, and training. We've recently added more of the best to our team. Vicky Morley, RN, Clinical Services Consultant Vicky has been a registered nurse for 10 years and is certified as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and Emergency Medicine. Her work experience includes: Manager of a 150 bed acute care facility, Nurse Manager for an inpatient rehabilitation unit, JCAHO team leader of multiple facilities, Manager of a Level 1 trauma center in LA and RN in a multi-physician family practice office. Vicky lives in Plattsburgh, NY with her husband and 7 year-old daughter. Patricia Rank, RN, Clinical Services Consultant As an RN with a Masters in Nursing Administration, Patricia has worked in a wide variety of departments: surgery, IV therapy, ER, ICU, and psychology. Patricia has also managed staff development and training. When not providing care, she's served as System Analyst during a number of IDX implementations. And if that weren't enough, she's also a web development guru, teaching design classes at a local college. Patricia enjoys wine tasting and country living in rural Missouri with her husband. Eve Johnson, RN, Clinical Services Consultant Eve's been interested in healthcare IT since college, when she devised a diagnostic database for a final project, well before the advent of WebMD. She graduated from the University of Vermont with Baccalaureate in Nursing. After 8 years providing care, she switched to administration and management. Eve joins Global Works Clinical Services Group where she will use her nursing and training experience to help clients with their EMR implementations. When not on the job, Eve enjoys traveling, playing the drums, and running her own disc jockey company. Tina Cullins, RN, Clinical Services Consultant Tina's career in the clinical environment began 1987. From small private practices to large multi-specialty clinics, she understands the nuances of a wide array of provider settings. She joins Global Works to focus on physician acceptance of new technologies and EMR implementation and roll-out. Along with her 17 year-old daughter Casey, Tina lives in Austin, Texas. Alvin Franklin, Clinical Services Consultant Alvin joins Global Works from Abreon Group with extensive experience as a professional trainer and more recently, implementation consultant. His expertise includes all facets of coordinating training programs including creation of the curriculum, development of materials, and system design and support. Alvin grew up and lives in his hometown of Memphis, TN. When not helping clients with their EMR deployments he enjoys collecting music and traveling. Global Works has a long tradition of providing the most appropriate solutions to client needs. Our Client Services team knows that it takes a keen understanding of product and client environments to deliver the best solution. Margaret Golden, Director - Client Management Margaret is a long-time friend of Global Works. During her 18 years at GE Healthcare (IDX), she held a number of positions in client services, including account management and client support team management. She is excited to build Global Works' Client Management Program and continue working with clients and partners with whom she has developed strong relationships over the years. Margaret is a native Californian and lives in Alameda, close to her 2 children. Ben Gregory, Regional Sales Representative Ben joins our sales force from Global Works partner Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. While at Allscripts, Ben was instrumental in coordinating the reference site program. This required full understanding of the infrastructure and workflow of every Allscripts client clinic. Ben is also an Allscripts product expert with vast knowledge of the EHR software. While currently residing in Albany, NY, Ben grew up in northwest Vermont, not far from Global Works headquarters and graduated from St. Michael's College.
