WBCC TV is a non-commercial educational television station operated by Brevard Community College under the licensing authority of the Federal Communications Commission to serve the public interests of East Central Florida, primarily the citizens of Brevard County, Florida. WBCC TV provides a comprehensive broadcasting schedule of educational, cultural, and informational materials and telecourses of special interest to residents of this service area. The mission of WBCC TV is to offer relevant and stimulating programming to enrich the lives of all our citizens by providing the opportunity for in-home education, work site training, and cultural activities within the broadcast limits of the station. This is accomplished by the production and acquisition of high quality programs, including college courses, under the policies set forth by the Brevard Community College Board of Trustees and the guidelines for educational content as determined by the college administration. The vision of WBCC TV is to be the station of choice for all who seek knowledge and enlightenment, cultural enrichment, continuing education or academic credit from institutions of higher learning.
