(SBG) is a diversified television broadcasting company that owns or provides certain programming, operating or sales services to television stations in the United States. The Company owns, provides programming and operating services pursuant to local marketing agreements (LMAs) or provides (or are provided) sales services pursuant to outsourcing agreements to 58 television stations in 35 markets. SBG has a mid-size market focus and 43 of its 58 stations are located in television designated market areas (DMAs). The Company’s television station group is diverse in network affiliation, FOX (20 stations); MyNetworkTV (17 stations); ABC (nine stations); The CW (nine stations); CBS (two stations) and NBC (one station).
