Kitware Inc. is a small business with expertise in medical image analysis, 3D graphics, visualization and quality software process. Founded in 1998, Kitware has grown to include customers in over 43 countries and in 41 of the 50 US states. Our primary customers include medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, government research, the oil & gas industry, computer aided design & manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, and education. Kitware's mission is to develop and deliver safe and effective software products and services utilizing advanced software quality methods and technologies. Kitware achieves high quality software products through a complete and thorough understanding of customer requirements and the utilization and continuous improvement of our quality management system. These services and products include developing turn-key, end user applications; creating customized applications for clients; porting our open-source tools such as VTK, ITK, and CMake to custom hardware; supporting our open-source software tools with documentation and tools; providing professional consulting services; and offering on-site and off-site training.
