KAHN & ASSOCIATES, L.L.C. is a growing consumer law firm dedicated to providing legal counsel to consumers. The firm was founded in 1996 in Cleveland, Ohio to provide legal services to individuals who purchased defective new motor vehicles (a.k.a. Lemons). Since that time, Kahn & Associates, L.L.C. has continued to expand. The firm currently consists of fourteen attorneys and various support personnel that serve fourteen states. Our firm has the distinction of successfully handling the first and only Ohio Lemon Law case to reach the Supreme Court of Ohio, Royster v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (2001), 92 Ohio St.3d 327, case No. 00-1076. Firm members have testified in the Ohio Legislature and have been featured in the CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER concerning the 1999 amendments to the Ohio Lemon Law. Our firm has also appeared on local radio to answer consumers' questions about the Lemon Law. Currently, the firm's services include the following:Warranty Law (a.k.a. "Lemon Law") - Cases involving all types of defective motor vehicles which are not being repaired within a reasonable amount of time or reasonable number of attempts (known informally as "Lemon Law" cases). This includes cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, and other types of motor vehicles. Personal Injury - Obtaining compensation for individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. However, as our firm continues to grow, we anticipate handling cases in more states as well as in a variety of consumer settings. Some examples are Fair Debt Collection Practices, Fair Credit Reporting and others.
