We strive to improve public safety policies and practices through innovative training programs and multi-disciplinary approaches to problem-solving and analysis. Nalpac Ingenuity (Nalpac) was created in 2003 to improve policies and practices within the criminal justice and social welfare systems. This is achieved through our innovative approach to research, policy analysis, and problem-solving. Our inter-disciplinary team of associates realizes that safety and security issues are not independent from the cultural, political and economic environments within which they exist. We consider all of these factors to develop effective, long-lasting solutions. Our associates have extensive knowledge in public health, criminal justice and social welfare. They hold advanced degrees, have practical experience in their respective disciplines, and maintain involvement in professional associations.
