The Company is the parent company of the Bank, Tri Star Financial Corporation (Tri Star), and Pioneer Development Corp. The Bank is a community-oriented financial institution that engages primarily in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using those funds to originate residential mortgage, commercial, and agricultural real estate loans within the Bank's market area.
